Refund and Returns Policy

To ensure customer satisfaction, Bestav Service offers a 30-day product guarantee and encourages customers to read our Return Policy and FAQ section on our website for further details. We strive to provide fair refund services, but please note that we do not accept returns on opened or downloaded software due to licensing and copyright laws. Terms and conditions may differ depending on the item or producer, and defective software can only be exchanged for the same title.


If we make a shipping error, Bestav Service will pay for the return shipping of incorrect or defective items, and customers can expect to receive a refund within 2-3 weeks. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment, and if a replacement is desired, Bestav Service will cover the return shipping cost of the incorrect item and ship the correct item out via upgraded shipping.


To initiate a return, customers must obtain an Order Confirmation Number (OCN) by emailing info@bestavservice.info with the original order number, product title, product condition, and reason for return. Please note that shipping for all returns is prepaid by the customer, and returns will not be accepted without an OCN number.


For electronic delivery, Bestav Service will verify that the product/license key has not been activated or tampered with before issuing a refund in the original method of payment.
