Refunds

After 30 days from the date of purchase, we are unable to provide a complete refund or change.

Your item must be new and in the same condition as when you received it if you qualify for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original box.

There are no returns accepted for perishable goods, including flowers, food, newspapers, magazines, and other items. Intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are also not accepted products.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

For us to handle your return, we require a receipt or some other documentation of your transaction.

Please do not send the products back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a portion of the money is returned:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • a software program, video game, cassette tape, vinyl record, VHS tape, or opened CD, DVD.
  • Any object that is not in its original state, has pieces missing or is damaged leads not our fault.
  • Anything returned more than thirty days following delivery

Gifts

You will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was shipped directly to you and was marked as a gift when it was first purchased. A gift certificate will be issued to you upon receipt of the returned item.

We will issue a refund to the gift donors and let them receive your return if the item wasn’t set up as a gift when it was purchased or if they had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later.

Shipping returns

Send the item back by mail to: {physical address}.

When returning your purchase, you will be liable for covering the cost of postage. There is no refund for shipping expenses. Return shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one.

You may receive your exchanged products at some point, depending on where you live.

It could be wise to use a trackable shipping service or get shipment insurance if you are returning more costly things. Your returned goods may not reach us, we cannot guarantee that.
